About Us:
Seventh Day Adventist Reform Movement (SDARM) is a religious organization whose main object is proclaiming the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ as expressed in the Old and New Testaments and the Spirit of Prophecy, which we fulfill mainly by organizing divine worship services, prayer meetings, Bible classes and individual Bible studies, and Sabbath schools, as well as training persons for missionary work and organizing various missionary activities. We are worldwide organization and we are officially registered in the UK with the Charity Commission as a charity for England and Wales (Ch. No. 1151248) and with the Companies House as a Company operating in England and Wales (Company No. 08432952). Below we've set out information and rules which define what information we keep, and choices you have to access, update, delete, and control it.
Type of Information:
"Personal information" is any information that we can use to identify our contacts, our members and visitors. For instance, this is data that allows us to identify a particular person / visitor, such as your name, phone number, or your address. It does not include personal information that is encoded or anonymized, or publicly available information that has not been combined with non-public information.

Once you register with SDARM, your personal contact is stored on our databases. In addition, we require the following data at a minimum to complete the registration;
Members (of SDARM) Registration:

- Your email address
- Your physical address including postcode and town of residence
- Your Date of Birth
Visitors Registration:
- Your full name and title
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your physical address including postcode and town of residence when you have shown a desire to be visited by our Bible Worker or a Minister
Ministers/Guest members of SDARM residing abroad
- Your full name and title
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your availability
While registered with SDARM, we may store the following additional information:
- Feedback the Bible Workers have received from the visitors/members
- All correspondence related to our objects with any visitors / members / ministers / guests members residing abroad, coming through our web-site or our e-mail ([email protected]).
Use of Cookies:
While we use and modify this web-site, we do not control it on a technical level. The official administrator of the web-site is www.weebly.com. Please refer to their privacy policy regarding the use of cookies.
Our users are free to disable cookies within their browser, but this will likely limit the functionality of our website.
At this time, we do not respond to browser requests to "do not track", we await the development of industry standards for how such requests should be interpreted.
Server Log Data
Our server store standard log files which enable us to view an individual's IP addresses, from this we will be able to lookup which ISP is supplying that IP address. From our logs we are able to see the date and time at which you viewed each page on our website. We mainly use this log data to see which pages are popular and other general user behaviour across our website.
From this data alone we are not able to collect any personally identifiable information. However if a user signs up to our service we are then able to track a particular user (via their IP address). This data is only used by SDARM, but we may pass this data on to legal authorities or other 3rd parties if we receive abuse from a particular user.
Right to Access / Deletion
SDARM acknowledges that our visitors / members / ministers / guests members residing abroad and online users have the right to access the personal information/data that we maintain about them. They have the right to seek access, or to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data. Any of our visitors / members / ministers / guests members residing abroad and online users can request these changes by contacting us through our contacts details given on the web-site or via e-mail [email protected].
Unless we have another legal basis for storing your personal data we will delete or de-identify the personal data we have stored about you within 30 days of when you withdraw your consent.
Your General rights as a Data Subject

Any e-mail address our visitors / members / ministers / guests members residing abroad and online users supply when signing up / registering, are not sold to 3rd parties for marketing purposes.
